All 43 countries combined, entries per month. December and January carry the load, which is why year-end schedules break first.
Downloads, not screenshots
Every country-year list ships as two files: a CSV for spreadsheets and an ICS you can import straight into a calendar app. The US 2026 list, for instance, downloads as 17 dated rows, the same 17 rows shown on its page.
Frequently asked questions
How many countries does HolidayAtlas cover?
43 countries, each with full public holiday tables for 2025, 2026 and 2027. That is 129 country-year pages and 1982 individual holiday entries.
Where does the data come from?
Every table is compiled from the Nager.Date public holiday dataset, which traces entries back to official government publications. We pulled the current dataset on 26 October 2026 and show that date on each page.
What counts as a working day here?
Monday to Friday, minus public holidays that fall on those days. Countries with a Friday-Saturday weekend, such as Egypt, follow their own pattern, and the country pages say so.
Does the list include regional holidays?
National public holidays, yes. State, provincial or city holidays sit below the national list for most countries and are not included unless a government publishes them nationally.
